Harlequin macaw

The harlequin macaw is a first generation hybrid macaw, it is a cross between blue and gold macaw. And also with a green macaw.

The origin is harlequin macaw are produced in captivity, they originate in they homes of bird feeders.

The size is the 35 to 40 inches talll

The average lifespan is 50 plus years

The colors are wide variations in their colors and patterns. They are primary deep orange on there chest and bellies, with striking tones are green and blue on their back. They have gold feathers under their tail feathers.

The feeding is they eat diet in seeds, pellet mixes, of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The exercises they need plenty of hours outside of cage to maintain physical shape, They need 2-4 hours outside t prevent boredom and streched.

The macaws as pets are highly intelligent and beautiful, they should be maintained for 2-3 hours a day socialized. keep it playable with toys to play and will like you back.
